I’ve been at least a dozen DEI workshops at college, but nothing has made reflect on my own actions or power to change my chapter quite like Nicki. Thank you!

My name is Nicki.

My mission in the world is to help more people feel like they matter. And I do that by inspiring confidence and building community with thousands of college students and administrations every year.

I’ve always loved helping people view things differently, and after spending almost a decade in higher education, I realized I have a knack for doing just that with a microphone in my hand. I have worked with dozens of colleges, universities, and national fraternities and sororities to help them unpack the connectedness of who we are as people and why that matters to the communities we are part of.
